The first artisan brewed non-alcoholic beer in Italy with 100% beer flavor through innovative brewing process. An English-style top-fermented beer brewed. The non-alcoholic Freedl Classic Pale Ale was brewed in idyllic South Tyrol in the Pfefferlechner family brewery and under the strict eyes of founder Maria-Elisabeth Laimer. Thanks to local and natural raw materials as well as alpine spring water, the full potential is exploited here during brewing. And that can be seen and tasted.

The "Teschnische Universität Berlin" developed the special brewing process in which the yeast is removed from the beer before it forms alcohol. Due to this gentle method, the drink does not lose a bit of its characteristic beer flavor and is therefore unique.  sh.
