Origin & Background
Acala White is crafted in Lithuania using a unique fermentation method inspired by traditional winemaking. Made with organic teas and botanicals—Felina hemp, Yunnan green tea, and lemongrass—it reflects the elegance of a white Burgundy but remains entirely alcohol-free. Acala’s production follows sustainable practices and highlights the artistry of fermented tea as a new kind of mindful luxury.


Tastes Like
A complex, balanced sparkling tea with delicate notes of almond, hazelnut, and green tea, lifted by fresh citrus and lemongrass aromas. Its texture is silky, the finish long and quietly sophisticated.


How to enjoy it
Serve well-chilled (9–10 °C). Perfect as an aperitif or paired with creamy mushroom dishes, white fish, poultry, or soft cheeses such as Camembert.
